TIM HENSON

Managing Director

As founder of the company, Tim Henson is always pushing new ideas and motivating the team to achieve even more. His vast experience means he’s great at taking a step back and seeing a whole project in one view. He loves seeing a job done well, helping inter-departmental teams gel and pulling on his wetsuit at weekends.

JONNY CROSTON

Sales & Marketing Manager

Jonny Croston really enjoys the challenges that his job throws his way. A stickler for detail and clarity he leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of delivering for the client on every occasion. A big technology fan, he also loves heading out for the day in his Land Rover with his dog.

DANNY WADE

Operations Manager

Danny Wade has learned an awful lot in his 16 years at the company. He uses this wide breadth of knowledge to help operations liaise with account handling and admits to having a soft spot for cat shows.

JAMES MATTHEWS

Client Services Manager

“The devil’s in the detail”, is James Matthews ’ advice on delivering a great job, “Remembering the small things makes a massive difference to our clients.” When he’s not keeping an eye on detail he loves watching rugby, whether it’s the world cup or his son playing for his local team.

Senior Account Manager

Holly Hopkins loves horses and her specialist equestrian knowledge is encyclopaedic. Riding and trail hunting at weekends, she’s an expert in her field and brings massive energy and enthusiasm to every project.

KEVIN MOORE

Design Manager

Kevin Moore loves motor sport, the variety of his work and the fact he can see ideas through from brief to delivery. He’s great at creating concept visuals that help clients see how ideas will look and is really proud of the 2-seater, V8 sports car that he built at home from scratch.

HARRY WALKER

Senior Creative 2D

With 25 years creative experience behind him, Harry Walker is an expert at working through a design brief to bring it to the table with a refreshing angle whether that be for an exhibition stand or an entire event. “I really enjoy thinking around a design and bringing it to life, then seeing it manufactured and delivered” he says. When the demands of being a Dad allow, he also loves to climb and abseil.

SAM KITCHIN

3D Designer

There’s nothing Sam Kitchin loves more than thinking creatively about a fresh design job. But horse riding, long country walks and real ale pubs come close. Organised and always up for a challenge, Sam loves the satisfaction of a job well done.

GARY MARSHALL

Print Production Manager

Gary Marshall is the ultimate multi-tasker. Organised and flexible, he can stay on top of a hundred jobs at once and gets enormous satisfaction from seeing jobs being completed just right. He’s also a keen traveller, fisherman and golfer.
